Cairns Rental Realty came to us with a blank commercial shell in Edge Hill and a vision for a workplace that would feel as welcoming to clients as it is functional for the team. The brief was to create a warm, professional and inviting office — a step away from the standard corporate workspace. Through considered space planning, soft natural finishes, layered furniture selections and branded details, the design brings warmth and personality into the space while still feeling refined, practical and aligned with the business identity. Anchored by warm terracotta tones, solid oak workstations and soft curves throughout, the result is a boutique fitout that feels calm, approachable and unmistakably theirs.
