Our Process
No matter your stage in life or the size of your project, we guide you through every step with clarity and confidence — whether you're transforming an entire home or refreshing a single space.
We start by understanding your vision, lifestyle and goals, then translate them into a considered design plan. From concept and material selection through to install and styling, we manage every detail with care.

Initial
Consultation
We discuss your wants, needs, likes and dislikes for your renovation or new build — a chance to share your vision. We then prepare a proposal with a full scope of works and costings.

Onboarding
+ Measurements
Once the proposal is accepted and the contract signed, you receive a Client Welcome Pack with all project information. We schedule an on-site meeting to take measurements and photos.

Concept Development
We create an initial concept — mood boards, colour scheme, recommended fixtures and finishes, and a preliminary 2D space plan — presented face to face for discussion and revision.

Design
Development
We refine the approved concept in detail: internal layouts, finishes and materials for floors, walls, lighting and window treatments. A 3D design is presented for you to visualise and sign off.

Documentation
With the design signed off, we prepare technical drawings and fully detailed finishes schedules — floor plans, elevations, sections and material details — ready for your trades to execute.

Construction
Our role here varies by project. While we don't project-manage, we work closely with your contractors to ensure the successful implementation of our design intent.

Furnishing & Procurement
We select furniture and accessories that complement the space, then handle purchasing, logistics, delivery, quality control and warehousing.

Styling & Install
We place and arrange every furnishing with attention to scale and proportion, then hand the project back and photograph your beautiful finished home.
