Our Process

The design process can feel overwhelming, but that’s where we come in. No matter your stage in life or the size of your project, we are committed to guiding you through the process with confidence and understanding. Our goal is to make you feel inspired and comfortable every step of the way—whether you're transforming an entire home or refreshing a single space.

We start by understanding your vision, lifestyle, and goals, translating them into a thoughtful design plan. From concept development and material selection to execution and final styling, we manage every detail with care and expertise. Collaborating closely with you at every step, we ensure the result is a beautiful, functional space that truly feels like home.

Initial Consultation

During our initial consultation we will discuss your wants, needs, likes & dislikes for your upcoming renovation or new build. It's an opportunity to share your vision and ideas. Following this we will put together a proposal which includes a scope of works with all our costings.

Onboarding
+ Measurements

Once the proposal is accepted and the contract is signed, the onboarding stage begins. You will receive a “Client Welcome Pack” with all the project information. An on-site meeting will be scheduled to address any outstanding questions, take pictures and site measurements.

Concept Development

We will create an initial concept with mood boards, a colour scheme, recommended fixtures & finishes along with a preliminary 2D space planning concept. The ideas will be presented face to face for further discussion and revision.

Design Development

Throughout the design development stage we get into the detail of the approved preliminary concept. We'll refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, lighting, window treatments, etc. We will present a 3D design for you to visualize and review before your final sign off.

Documentation

With the design signed off, we move onto preparing technical drawings and fully detailed finishes schedules and specifications for every area in the property. It involves floor plans, interiors elevations & sections, material details and all the extra information to be passed on to trades to execute the approved concept.

Construction

Our role during the construction phase of a project differs from project to project.

We don't project manage but we will work closely with the contractors to achieve the successful implementation of our design intent.

Furnishing
+ Procurement

This stage of the project involves selecting furniture and accessories that complement the space's aesthetic. It includes choosing the items, purchasing them through different channels, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery, quality control and warehousing.

Styling + Install

This is the phase of the project that involves placing and arranging the furnishings and accessories within the space, considering factors such as scale, proportion, and functionality. It’s also where we will hand the project back over and take photos to show off your beautiful home.
